FAQ's

Where do you deliver to? 

We deliver anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. 

We also offer FREE home delivery to the Newcastle area (spend $50 or more) and Central Coast area (spend $80 or more). 

Home deliveries are made daily to Newcastle and Fridays to Central Coast.

NOTE: Central Coast: If you require a delivery prior to Friday a $10 (urgent delivery) charge will apply

Will I be notified of my parcel being sent?

Yes. We will send you via txt, phone or email a tracking number provided by Australia Post as soon as we have sent your item/s.

What payment options do you have?

We accept major EFTPOS and Credit Cards (Amex, VISA, Mastercard).

AFTERPAY

LAYBY and Cash ( Contactless transactions are preferred at this current time)

What is your Returns Policy?

We offer an instore replacement or credit note for returns.

DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS AND HEALTH AND SAFETY:

We do not accept a returned item if your purchase it is a simple change of mind.

   We do accept returns if the product is a factory fault but not if the fault is due to misuse or the product has been used outside the guidelines for what the product is intended or tested to.

    If the fault is factory based we can replace it in store (provided there is stock available) or exchange for a similar item.

   We do require original receipt, item and all accessories as well as undamaged packaging.

Do you have a Waiting List for limited, backorder or hard to get items and can you order special requests?

Yes. We can place your name and items on our Waiting List. If there are multiple names waiting for the same product and supplies are restricted, people will be contacted in the order they are listed. 

Where possible we can do a Special Order for requested items providing they are available from our suppliers.

Once a price and delivery time has been confirmed with the customer All special orders are to be paid for in full prior to us proceeding with the order. 

Do you supply bulk orders to Early Education Centres, Daycare or Pre Schools?

Yes. Enquires and orders are more than welcome. You can email, call or pop into the shop with your orders and we can invoice the required department or Purchasing Officer once stock availability is confirmed.
